Paste Table Gallery
The PTG is a peripatetic micro gallery dedicated to showing analogue cut and paste collage un-collage works. Without getting into semantics, my definition of what constitutes a collage, is, paper or card or stuff stuck to something, this may or may not include photographic material. It is as much about removal as addition, revealing hidden layers. Topography is created through layering and removal, a physical topography but also social and political meaning is imbued by a hierarchy’ the images that get most space or ‘billing’
